Winnie M. Starke is a product of the Parish of Manchester and migrated to the United States in 1978. Her travel took her to several states and finally she decided to make Georgia her home.

Winnie  is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 1988 as well as a Master’s Degree in Business in 1990.

She has worked in Higher Education as well as the corporate arena in several management positions and has been a business owner for the past 20 years.

After moving to Georgia in 2009, l she reinvented herself professionally and landed herself a career that was carved out for her. She acquired an agency with

American Family Insurance Company, a 90 year old company which originated in Madison Wisconsin and moved to Georgia in 2008.

She built her agency from scratch through a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication.  Her agency is located at 1835 E. Park Place Blvd, Suite 111 Stone Mountain, Ga 30087.

She gladly serves a blending of people from the West Indies, local residents as well as international residents relocating to Georgia.  She prides herself on high level customer service and delivering the best product available to her customers.

Her office is conveniently located to major highways and major landmarks. She has been in the same location for over 5 years and plans to be there for a long time to come.

Her specialties are Homeowners Insurance, Life Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Insurance for businesses large and small.

She is ranks in the top 10 percent amongst the agency force for American Family Insurance in the state of Georgia and  is  one of the top producers in Business Insurance.

In 2015 she received the prestigious award of American Star, which symbolizes excellence in Customer Care.

She  has served as mentor to several new agents and has represented the State of Georgia for American Family Insurance at the corporate level in Madison Wisconsin for new agents countrywide.

She was also charged with the responsibility of hosting the AMFAM female agents Forum earlier.

She volunteers with local charitable organizations including Gwinnett Medical Hospital to raise funds to purchase car seats for indigent mothers.

She also served on the Executive Board for The Atlanta Jamaican Association which functions to raise funds for scholarships for underprivileged students and families in need.

She is also very active with her high school Alma Mater, raising funds for impoverished students.

Her life begins and ends with her spiritual walk with the Lord.
